Dark stoneware plate with a glaze pattern on the rim and on the outside and covered with glaze on the bottom of the plate’s interior. Hand-thrown on a pottery wheel, altered and hand-painted with a unique glaze pattern. Exposed clay sanded to a smooth finish. Electric fired to cone 6.

Please note: Because the exterior retains exposed matte clay, it is naturally more susceptible to surface marks or staining than fully glazed ceramics. However, most smudges or residue can be easily washed away with warm water and standard dish soap.
